| I honestly don't understand how people can fall for this stuff; it blows my mind ... my BS ticker goes bonkers every time I run into it. http://www.galacticfederationoflight.info/ |

| It is absurd, huh?
I remember when I first started searching the term 'indigo', GFL stuff showed up quite a bit. I saw a video that was totally fake with people in a spaceship in the middle of the desert with Australian accents. I actually wondered for a few seconds if it was real. I think what first made me question if it was real or not was that I had never seen people create fake stuff like that and insist it was real. I remember feeling I had been completely lied to by 'society' about religion and the way the world works. I guess I was open to the possibility things were much more different than I had thought- so anything was possible.
But then I was like- this is fake and is obviously a joke. Come to find out- people really believe it. |

I understand I feel rather sick after going to their site.
But I guess some people feel the need to believe in something even if others dont. |

| The problem is not the GFL - it is the lack of discernment on the part of those who buy into anything anyone tells thiem.
The GFL fills a need for many people - especially for those who have divested themselves of their various religions. What the GFL does is fill the gap that the religions left behind, giving them a feeling of "structure" and "belonging" that they do not get anywhere else, mainly because they have yet to discover just how powerful they are; their own indestructable connections to the universe, and their need to take responsibility for their own thoughts and actions instead of letting someone else make the decisions for them. |

Reminds me of Maslows Hierarchy of Needs. Though the diagram doesn't show it, transcendence is at the pinnacle of the pyramid of needs.

the same could be said about the indigo movement and indigo society. The real problems is that there are too many people who like having power over others and get it through deceiving them. People in a state of vulnerability are looking for hope and release and those behind GFL and indigo are just exploiting those needs. |
