HAPPY NEW YEAR

2012 was a big stinker. I'm hoping 2013 to be better, but I said the same thing at the end of 2011....at least the World didn't end in December.
I find it hard to pick some moments that made me really happy in 2012, but my two short vacations by the beach were nice. Perhaps the highest point of the year was that fishing trip with my buddies....the day was beautiful, the ocean calm, I didn't throw up and we caught several big fish.
Nothing really bad happened directly to me in 2012, but I have to confess that the school shootings in Connecticut made me really sad, but not surprised....with so many guns and psychopaths around, I would be surprised if things like that didn't happen.
I'm tired of forums. GenericIndigo.com became GenericSpambot.com, I'm no longer have much stomach for the IS and Sourcenosis. I've been to other forums as well, but I don't seem to connect to people...hey, maybe that's why I keep coming back to this forum....the one member forum.

Beach weather here. The warmest winter that I can remember. That's good and bad. A lot of things need a little bit of cold in the winter in order to rest and the cold kill a lot of pests too, like snails and mosquitoes for example.
The economy is showing signs of recover....election years are always bad. It's about time for things to get a little better. I need to make some money this year. I personally don't care much about money, but my wife is running out of patience. I guess I just have to get a little more serious with my business, even though, I don't like to take anything very seriously..... I little bit may do it.

It's been cold here...below zero....but tomorrow is supposed to be above 50, so...at least we get a thaw. ^_^

The pregnancy has been good....the beginning was terrible, worst emotional rollercoaster I have ever been on. I was even contemplating suicide for a couple days (before I knew I was pregnant). Once I knew what was going on, it made a lot more sense to me, and my emotions evened out by the second month. I feel good. I'm still working out, still watching what I eat. The baby is growing well. And I'm just starting to feel it move around. We'll know what we're having around Valentine's day.

Sausage or clam? Both, preferably.

We honestly thought we weren't going to get pregnant, we gave up trying and the whole lot. I suppose that's how it goes, take the pressure off, and nature does it's job. It was a total shock. He was more surprised than I was. He thought for sure there were NO swimmers. One stormed the beach, LOL.

I can post some pics, I've got some of the crazy snow we've been having...I'll get em loaded to photobucket and post a link.

Don't stress on the money thing....it'll work itself out.
